My feeler about IGBC AP exam

Since you can read more than enough about the whys and whats of IGBC and LEED exam on the IGBC website (www.igbc.in), am gonna get straight into the meat of my blog! (wow! I love using that expression..:)
First thing first: This is a very SIMPLE exam! Pretty straightforward one.
But due to lack of clarity in communications at multiple levels, you might actually feel very comfortable that this is also very much within the system we are so used to by now. While there are so many sites and support systems for USGBC LEED exam, IGBC AP exam resources are scarce. I could only come across one blog in this regard: http://blog.kiran.me/
Visit that site to gain some good guidance. They also have a question bank. The write-up there is pretty helpful; though not very comprehensive.
I took the exam on 6th November 2010 and got 99 out of 110 questions correct. Though it is an online exam, the results will not be declared then itself. Seems IGBC is adamant to keep us waiting and then surprise us with a ‘Congratulation, you passed’ or ‘Sorry, you failed’ mail the next working day. The exams are usually on Saturdays and hence the result will be delivered to you only on the next Monday.
With a little hard work and concentrated effort, you can easily pass this exam with flying colors (color green only please..:)
So happy reading…
